pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette combinaison de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s qui est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, par exemple, dans l&rsquo;industrie textile, et qui permet de cr\u00e9er des mat\u00e9riaux durables et confortables pour des applications telles que les v\u00eatements de plein air.<\/p><p>Les <strong>polyamides<\/strong> s\u00e9duisent par leur flexibilit\u00e9 et leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur.<br \/>Selon le type de polyamide, leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/point-de-fusion-cristallisation-et-transition-vitreuse-des-polymeres\/\"><strong>point<\/strong> <strong>de fusion<\/strong><\/a> peuvent varier entre 180\u00b0C et 300\u00b0C, ce qui est impressionnant.<br \/>Diff\u00e9rents instruments sont disponibles pour caract\u00e9riser ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s : La d\u00e9termination du <strong>point de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> est souvent effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un calorim\u00e8tre \u00e0 balayage diff\u00e9rentiel (DSC). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/dsc-differential-scanning-calorimetry\/\"><strong>calorim\u00e8tre diff\u00e9rentiel \u00e0 balayage (DSC)<\/strong><\/a>tandis que la d\u00e9termination du degr\u00e9 de cristallinit\u00e9 et de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/enthalpie\/\"><strong>chaleur<\/strong> des contraintes m\u00e9caniques, dont l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et la d\u00e9formation peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par des instruments tels que le <a exigeantes.<br \/>La d\u00e9signation \u00ab\u00a0PA66\u00a0\u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la structure chimique caract\u00e9ristique du polym\u00e8re, o\u00f9 les chiffres repr\u00e9sentent temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, les <strong>polyamides<\/strong> pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s exceptionnelles \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9es.<br \/>En particulier, les polyamides <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/temperature-de-transition-du-verre\/\"><strong>transition<\/strong> <strong>de transition<\/strong> <strong>de transition vitreuse<\/strong> <strong>(Tg)<\/strong><\/a>qui, pour les <strong>polyamides<\/strong>, se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 40\u00b0C et 90\u00b0C, joue un r\u00f4le central.<\/p><p>\u00c0 cette temp\u00e9rature, le mat\u00e9riau subit une modification importante de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques : il devient plus souple et plus flexible.<br \/>La <strong>temp\u00e9rature de<\/strong> <strong>transition<\/strong> <strong>vitreuse<\/strong> peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <strong>Chip-DSC<\/strong>.<br \/>Un exemple frappant de l&rsquo;utilisation de cette transition est celui des colliers de c\u00e2blage.<\/p><p>Ils conservent non seulement leur forme \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures, mais aussi un certain degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9.<br \/>Cela montre de mani\u00e8re impressionnante que les <strong>polyamides<\/strong> peuvent manifester leurs applications uniques \u00e0 travers une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de gammes de temp\u00e9ratures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element sp\u00e9cifiques, telles que PA6, PA66 ou PA12.\nCes chiffres repr\u00e9sentent le nombre d&rsquo;atomes de carbone dans les monom\u00e8res \u00e0 partir desquels le <strong>polyamide<\/strong> est synth\u00e9tis\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, PA6 d\u00e9signe un <strong>polyamide<\/strong> fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un monom\u00e8re \u00e0 six atomes de carbone.\nChacune de ces variantes poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques qui la pr\u00e9disposent \u00e0 certaines applications.\nLe PA12 en est un exemple : en raison de sa r\u00e9sistance chimique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, il est utilis\u00e9 de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les conduites de carburant qui doivent r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des produits chimiques agressifs et \u00e0 des conditions environnementales extr\u00eames.
