chaleur \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface entre deux solides.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En raison des processus de fabrication et d&rsquo;usinage, mais aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s intrins\u00e8ques du mat\u00e9riau, la rugosit\u00e9 de la surface est in\u00e9vitable.\nPar cons\u00e9quent, ce n&rsquo;est pas la totalit\u00e9 de la surface des deux solides qui est en contact direct, mais seulement une fraction, qui n&rsquo;est donc pas impliqu\u00e9e dans le transport de la chaleur. <\/p>\n<p>Les vides qui en r\u00e9sultent entre les solides sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement remplis d&rsquo;air, un mauvais conducteur de chaleur.[1,2]  Il en r\u00e9sulte un saut de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9sistance.\nLe flux de chaleur est divis\u00e9 en composantes solides et fluides et trait\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.\nDans la partie solide, il y a deux r\u00e9sistances connect\u00e9es en s\u00e9rie.\nLa partie qui traverse le fluide est form\u00e9e par l&rsquo;air qui y est enferm\u00e9.\nLe transport de la chaleur s&rsquo;effectue en parall\u00e8le \u00e0 travers les deux canaux, c&rsquo;est pourquoi il peut \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un circuit parall\u00e8le dans le sch\u00e9ma de circuit \u00e9quivalent.\n(cf. figure 1) class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La r\u00e9sistance thermique de contact peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, par exemple, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/tim-l58\/\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0testeur de mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;interface thermique\u00a0\u00bb (testeur TIM)<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>Un testeur TIM mesure l&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance thermique d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau pour diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs en appliquant un flux de chaleur \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<\/p><p>Une ligne droite croissante peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des points de mesure via une r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire, et la conductivit\u00e9 thermique peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de sa pente.<br \/>L&rsquo;ordonn\u00e9e de la droite correspond \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance thermique de contact entre le mat\u00e9riau et le bloc de mesure.<br \/>Par exemple, la barre de mesure peut \u00eatre en laiton ou en alliage de cuivre ou d&rsquo;aluminium.<\/p><p>Un exemple d&rsquo;une telle mesure est illustr\u00e9 \u00e0 la figure 2.<br \/>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une mesure de l&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance thermique d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon de VespelTM d&rsquo;une taille de 25 mm x 25 mm et d&rsquo;une pression de contact appliqu\u00e9e de 1 MPa.<br \/>Dans cet exemple, des \u00e9chantillons d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisseur comprise entre 1,1 mm et 3,08 mm ont \u00e9t\u00e9
