Cette quantit\u00e9 de substance correspond \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 de chaleur n\u00e9cessaire pour chauffer une quantit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une substance \u00e0 un Kelvin\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Avec l&rsquo;aide des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/dsc-differential-scanning-calorimetry\/\"><strong>DSCs <\/strong><\/a>la capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique (ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Cp) peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e [3, section 6.2].<br \/>La capacit\u00e9 calorifique sp\u00e9cifique, en ajoutant la masse, est une quantit\u00e9 intensive.<br \/>Elle indique la quantit\u00e9 de chaleur qu&rsquo;une substance doit absorber pour augmenter la masse d&rsquo;une substance par une diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9finie.<br \/>La Cp d\u00e9pend de la temp\u00e9rature et se calcule comme suit<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d9d0c5 p. 78] est la suivante <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-072dfa1 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"072dfa1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div correctes.\nEn outre, la capacit\u00e9 calorifique peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en supposant un volume constant, \u00e9galement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par Cv.\nLa figure 1 ci-dessous illustre une courbe Cp typique d&rsquo;un signal de mesure DSC avec une augmentation significative suppos\u00e9e de la capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique au cours d&rsquo;un processus de fusion.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eac9a92 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"eac9a92\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&rsquo;augmentation de la valeur Cp indiqu\u00e9e s&rsquo;explique par le caract\u00e8re endothermique de cette transition.\nLe syst\u00e8me de mesure doit donc fournir plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour suivre le profil de temp\u00e9rature donn\u00e9.\nCependant, cela ne correspond pas au Cp r\u00e9el et c&rsquo;est pourquoi la capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique dans la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;une transition de phase est suppos\u00e9e infinie.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b9987a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4b9987a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">R\u00e9f\u00e9rencement \u00e0 l'aide de saphir<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33229bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33229bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe saphir repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;\u00e9talon le plus largement utilis\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9termination des facteurs de correction pour la mesure de la capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique avec les DSC.\nLe cristal, compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;aluminium (ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>), existe \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat naturel.\nToutefois, le saphir peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre produit synth\u00e9tiquement et dans une qualit\u00e9 parfaite.\nLes verres de saphir produits synth\u00e9tiquement sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement incolores et, en raison de leur temp\u00e9rature de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 2050 \u00b0C, inertes dans la plage de temp\u00e9rature couramment utilis\u00e9e pour les DSC.\nLa production artificielle permet de fabriquer le saphir avec une grande pr\u00e9cision et repr\u00e9sente une norme tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise.\nToutefois, les \u00e9chantillons ayant des capacit\u00e9s thermiques sp\u00e9cifiques tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes peuvent pr\u00e9senter des \u00e9carts de mesure.\nDans ce cas, il convient d&rsquo;utiliser un \u00e9talon ayant une capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique comparable.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a1e487 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7a1e487\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">M\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9termination de la capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique par DSC<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-925ee9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"925ee9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il existe plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour d\u00e9terminer la capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de calorim\u00e8tres \u00e0 balayage diff\u00e9rentiel.\nElles sont bri\u00e8vement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessous. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6497fe2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6497fe2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mesure classique de la PC \u00e0 l'aide de la DSC<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1971082 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1971082\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La d\u00e9termination classique de la capacit\u00e9 calorifique sp\u00e9cifique au moyen de DSC s&rsquo;effectue en trois \u00e9tapes.\nDans un premier temps, seul le creuset de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon correspondant est chauff\u00e9 et la courbe z\u00e9ro correspondant \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience est enregistr\u00e9e afin de compenser l&rsquo;inertie du syst\u00e8me de mesure.\nDans une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, un mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence connu est mesur\u00e9 dans les m\u00eames conditions exp\u00e9rimentales.\nLa condition pr\u00e9alable est que le mat\u00e9riau soit tr\u00e8s pur, bien d\u00e9fini et inerte dans la plage de temp\u00e9rature souhait\u00e9e.\nDe m\u00eame, les valeurs bibliographiques de la capacit\u00e9 thermique du mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature doivent \u00eatre disponibles.\nDans une troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 \u00e9tudier est mesur\u00e9 dans les m\u00eames conditions exp\u00e9rimentales.\nLa courbe z\u00e9ro est soustraite dans chaque cas des mesures de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.\n\u00c0 partir de la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux courbes DSC, un facteur d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage et la comparaison des flux de chaleur permettent de d\u00e9terminer la capacit\u00e9 calorifique sp\u00e9cifique selon la formule suivante       <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32001a3 est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9terminer les masses du mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon avec une grande pr\u00e9cision.\nLes creusets et toutes les autres conditions ambiantes doivent \u00eatre maintenus aussi identiques que possible.\nDans le cas contraire, des \u00e9carts de mesure se produiront, il faut donc veiller \u00e0 positionner le creuset et l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon avec pr\u00e9cision.\nLe mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre similaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en termes de poids initial et de capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique afin de minimiser les influences telles que les gradients de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b454439 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b454439\" elementor-size-default\">Mesure de la PC modul\u00e9e en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l'aide de la DSC<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40ea29a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"40ea29a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lors de la d\u00e9termination de la capacit\u00e9 calorifique sp\u00e9cifique au moyen d&rsquo;une mesure modul\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature, la courbe de temp\u00e9rature est superpos\u00e9e \u00e0 une onde sinuso\u00efdale.\nUne condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 cette m\u00e9thode de mesure est que le DSC puisse suivre la temp\u00e9rature modul\u00e9e donn\u00e9e.\nEn cons\u00e9quence, le profil de temp\u00e9rature [4, p. 132] peut \u00eatre d\u00e9crit comme suit :
