href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/votre-industrie\/industrie-de-la-ceramique-et-du-verre\/\"><strong>vitroc\u00e9ramique<\/strong><\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/votre-industrie\/polymeres\/\"><strong>polym\u00e8res<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0est le processus de refroidissement au cours duquel les cristallites se forment, soit par elles-m\u00eames, soit par l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;agents nucl\u00e9ants et d&rsquo;impuret\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Ici, en raison de l&rsquo;application principale de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/dsc-differential-scanning-calorimetry\/\"><strong>DSC<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/cristallisation-et-recristallisation-des-polymeres\/\"><strong>cristallisation<\/strong><\/a> dans les polym\u00e8res qui forment une structure cristalline \u00e0 travers des r\u00e9gions d&rsquo;ordre \u00e0 longue port\u00e9e.<br \/>Auparavant, ces cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires existaient dans un \u00e9tat amorphe d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9.<\/p><p>Outre les noyaux de cristallisation, la <strong>condition pr\u00e9alable<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 la<\/strong> <strong>cristallisation<\/strong> est la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une mati\u00e8re en fusion et, par cons\u00e9quent, une temp\u00e9rature suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<br \/>Plus le refroidissement est lent, mieux la cristallisation peut \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9e.<br \/>Les <strong>cha\u00eenes<\/strong> <strong>mol\u00e9culaires<\/strong> correspondantes ont ainsi plus de temps pour s&rsquo;orienter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a068cad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a068cad\" la cristallisation peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre provoqu\u00e9e par un \u00e9tirement d\u00fb \u00e0 des <strong>influences<\/strong> <strong>m\u00e9caniques<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0<\/strong> l <strong>&lsquo;<\/strong> \u00e9tat froid.\nLors du r\u00e9chauffement, une recristallisation peut se produire. <strong>Cette<\/strong> <strong>recristallisation,<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9galement<\/strong> <strong>appel\u00e9e<\/strong> <strong>cristallisation<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 froid<\/strong>, se produit entre la temp\u00e9rature de transition vitreuse et la fusion du polym\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<p>La cause de cette r\u00e9action exothermique est la poursuite de l&rsquo;orientation des cha\u00eenes \u00e0 la suite du ramollissement du mat\u00e9riau apr\u00e8s le point de transition vitreuse.\nLe ramollissement permet aux cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires de mieux vibrer et de s&rsquo;orienter ensuite pour former des cristaux.   <strong>En<\/strong> <strong>les<\/strong> <strong>processus,<\/strong> <strong>nouveau<\/strong> <strong>cristallisation<\/strong> <strong>noyaux<\/strong> <strong>peut<\/strong> <strong>\u00eatre<\/strong> <strong>form\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>comme<\/strong> <strong>bien<\/strong> <strong>comme<\/strong> <strong>existant<\/strong> <strong>cristal<\/strong> <strong>grains<\/strong> <strong>peut<\/strong> <strong>se d\u00e9veloppent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21e78c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" <strong>pic.<\/strong> <strong>Cristallinit\u00e9,<\/strong> <strong>degr\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>cristallisation<\/strong> <strong>et<\/strong> <strong>degr\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>de la cristallinit\u00e9<\/strong>  sont utilis\u00e9s comme synonymes dans la litt\u00e9rature technique et indiquent \n <strong>le<\/strong> <strong>pourcentage<\/strong> <strong>du<\/strong> <strong>polym\u00e8re<\/strong> <strong>qui<\/strong> <strong>est<\/strong> <strong>cristallin<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Dans la pratique, les polym\u00e8res compl\u00e8tement cristallins sont peu importants, car ils ne peuvent \u00eatre produits que par un recuit \u00e9labor\u00e9 <strong>juste<\/strong> <strong>en<\/strong> <strong>dessous de la<\/strong>
