\u00e9tat solide \u00e0 un \u00e9tat liquide [1, chapitre 2.5.7].<br \/>Pendant le processus de fusion, la temp\u00e9rature de la substance reste constante.<br \/>Cela signifie que la chaleur introduite dans un DSC par le four ou le dispositif de chauffage est utilis\u00e9e pour convertir l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat liquide.<br \/>L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cet effet est appel\u00e9e enthalpie de fusion et est abr\u00e9g\u00e9e par le symbole de formule \u2206HM.<br \/>Si un \u00e9chantillon fond au cours d&rsquo;une mesure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/dsc-differential-scanning-calorimetry\/\"><strong>DSC<\/strong><\/a>, cela forme un pic dans la direction de l&rsquo;endothermie.<br \/>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l&rsquo;enthalpie de fusion sp\u00e9cifique d&rsquo;une substance est prise en compte pour l&rsquo;identification ou l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des \u00e9chantillons, les r\u00e9sultats sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement divis\u00e9s automatiquement par la masse de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<\/p><p>Par cons\u00e9quent, on suppose dans la suite que les enthalpies d\u00e9termin\u00e9es ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9es par le poids de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<br \/>Si ce processus n&rsquo;est pas superpos\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres processus de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, la ligne de base revient \u00e0 la valeur avant la transformation de phase apr\u00e8s le processus de fusion.<br \/>L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de cette surface de pic permet de d\u00e9terminer l&rsquo;enthalpie \u2206HM.<br \/>En fonction de la forme du pic et du signal DSC avant et apr\u00e8s le pic, il existe diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation pour d\u00e9terminer une repr\u00e9sentation aussi pr\u00e9cise que possible de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie effectivement enregistr\u00e9e.<br \/>En pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de substances, les rapports de m\u00e9lange peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par une \u00e9valuation s\u00e9par\u00e9e et en utilisant les valeurs de la litt\u00e9rature pour les enthalpies de fusion des substances correspondantes.<br \/>Si les deux pics de fusion des substances sont tr\u00e8s proches l&rsquo;un de l&rsquo;autre, des doubles pics ou des pics \u00e9paul\u00e9s peuvent appara\u00eetre.<br \/>Ces pics, qui se confondent ou se superposent, doivent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment afin de pouvoir faire des d\u00e9clarations fiables.<br \/>Deux exemples de tels pics sont \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9s ci-dessous (Fig. 1) avec les temp\u00e9ratures correspondantes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
