href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/determination-de-la-densite-cte\/\"><strong>CTE = coefficient d&rsquo;expansion thermique<\/strong><\/a>) sont calcul\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats des mesures.<br \/>Cette grandeur physique du mat\u00e9riau indique la variation relative de la longueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon en fonction d&rsquo;un changement de temp\u00e9rature (unit\u00e9 de mesure [1 \/ K]).<br \/>Les valeurs du CTE d\u00e9pendent de la temp\u00e9rature et se situent pour les substances solides dans la plage de quelques millioni\u00e8mes par Kelvin.<br \/>Les variations de longueur absolues attendues des \u00e9chantillons sont donc tr\u00e8s faibles et afin d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9sultats fiables, il faut un appareil de mesure de mesure, un dilatom\u00e8tre \u00e0 piston poussoir convient tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p><p>Le comportement des mat\u00e9riaux chauff\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;au point de ramollissement ou de fusion peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 optiquement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un dilatom\u00e8tre optique ou d&rsquo;un microscope chauffant.<br \/>Un autre dispositif exp\u00e9rimental repose sur l&rsquo;utilisation de jauges de contrainte coll\u00e9es sur toute la surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et \u00e9valu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pont de mesure de la porte-\u00e9chantillon (au centre de l&rsquo;image) et du capteur de d\u00e9placement (capteur LVDT \u00e0 gauche sur l&rsquo;image).<\/p><p>L&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est plac\u00e9 dans un tube en silice fondue ou en c\u00e9ramique (\u00e9chantillon en rouge sur l&rsquo;image).<br \/>Il est fcontacte direct avec une tige (piston en jaune, devant l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon rouge), qui transmet le changement de longueur au capteur de d\u00e9placement.<\/p><p>La variation totale de la longueur de l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me de mesure est alors d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et convertie en valeurs CTE du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;expansion connue du porte-\u00e9chantillon et de la longueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<br \/>Le four permet de r\u00e9aliser toutes les courbes de temp\u00e9rature avec diff\u00e9rentes vitesses de chauffage et de refroidissement ainsi que des paliers.<\/p><p>En cons\u00e9quence, la variation de longueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est
