target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fraunhofer IKTS <\/strong><\/a>nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/dilatometrie\/dil-l74-hm\/\"><strong>dilatom\u00e8tre optique<\/strong><\/a> dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet AiF-ZIM financ\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (BMWi). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.giz.de\/en\/workingwithgiz\/427.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (BMWi)<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>Le dilatom\u00e8tre a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour effectuer des mesures \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1600 \u00b0C et sous vide pouss\u00e9 (environ 5 E-5 mbar).<br \/>En outre, il permet d&rsquo;obtenir une teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne dans les atmosph\u00e8res dynamiques d&rsquo;environ<br \/>0,5 ppm.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9b1089 \u00e9chantillons en fonction du temps et de la temp\u00e9rature.\nAvec les microscopes en phase chaude, ils ont un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications, principalement dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement des mat\u00e9riaux et des processus.\nPar exemple, ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer les processus de frittage et le comportement de la dilatation thermique, en particulier pour les mat\u00e9riaux anisotropes ou fragiles et les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe.\nD&rsquo;un point de vue optique, le comportement de mouillage et d&rsquo;\u00e9talement sur diff\u00e9rents substrats est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par l&rsquo;angle de contact, ce qui permet de d\u00e9terminer la tension superficielle jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es.\nEn outre, il est possible d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier la corrosion de contact entre le m\u00e9tal fondu et le verre, le laitier fondu et les cendres en contact avec des mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques et m\u00e9talliques.\nUne autre possibilit\u00e9 importante est la caract\u00e9risation de l&rsquo;infiltration, par exemple de m\u00e9tal fondu dans des mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques.\nLes dilatom\u00e8tres optiques et les microscopes chauffants normalis\u00e9s sont con\u00e7us pour des mesures dans l&rsquo;air ou dans des atmosph\u00e8res \u00e0 forte sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour la caract\u00e9risation des processus d&rsquo;assemblage des joints c\u00e9ramique-c\u00e9ramique et c\u00e9ramique-m\u00e9tal par brasage actif.<br \/>\nLe nouveau dilatom\u00e8tre optique permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier le comportement de fusion et de mouillage sur des substrats c\u00e9ramiques de mat\u00e9riaux de brasage avec des composants de brasage \u00e0 affinit\u00e9 d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne tels que le titane.<br \/>\nAvec les microscopes conventionnels \u00e0 phase chaude, une oxydation de la surface se produit en raison de la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne r\u00e9siduel, ce qui entrave le mouillage du substrat par la brasure ou conduit \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux fauss\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLes nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s exp\u00e9rimentales ainsi acquises constituent une contribution essentielle \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension fondamentale, au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 l&rsquo;optimisation des processus
