<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/thb-basic-advance-ultimate\/\"><strong>pont chaud transitoire (THB)<\/strong><\/a> est une <strong>m\u00e9thode optimis\u00e9e au fil chaud (THW)<\/strong> pour <strong>mesurer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport thermique<\/strong> des solides, des liquides, des p\u00e2tes et des poudres, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/conductivite-thermique\/\"><strong>la conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/diffusivite-thermique\/\"><strong>la diffusivit\u00e9 thermique<\/strong><\/a> et la capacit\u00e9 thermique volum\u00e9trique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/capacite-thermique-specifique\/\"><strong>capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique volum\u00e9trique<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>Le THB est une m\u00e9thode transitoire qui utilise des capteurs thermo\u00e9lectriques.<br \/>Une feuille de circuit imprim\u00e9 en nickel est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e entre deux feuilles de polyimide.<br \/>Le capteur est constitu\u00e9 de quatre bandes tandem (Fig. 2) en parall\u00e8le (Fig. 1a).<br \/>Chaque bande tandem est compos\u00e9e de deux bandes individuelles, une courte et une longue.<\/p><p>Deux des tandems sont situ\u00e9s tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s l&rsquo;un de l&rsquo;autre au centre du capteur et un tandem suppl\u00e9mentaire sur chaque bord.<br \/>Les huit bandes sont commut\u00e9es sym\u00e9triquement pour former un pont de Wheatstone de m\u00eame r\u00e9sistance (figure 1b).<\/p><p>\u00c0 des temp\u00e9ratures uniformes, le pont est initialement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;aucune nullit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire avant un essai.<br \/>Sous l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;un courant \u00e9lectrique, les bandes espac\u00e9es in\u00e9galement par paire \u00e9tablissent un profil de temp\u00e9rature inhomog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini (figure 1c) qui transforme le pont en une condition d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<br \/>\u00c0 partir de ce moment, le capteur produit un signal de sortie presque sans d\u00e9calage et d&rsquo;une grande sensibilit\u00e9.<br \/>Cette augmentation de tension dans le temps est une mesure de la conductivit\u00e9 thermique, de la diffusivit\u00e9 thermique et de la capacit\u00e9 thermique volum\u00e9trique de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon environnant.<\/p><p>Le signal est pratiquement exempt d&rsquo;\u00e9mf thermique car aucune r\u00e9sistance de pont externe n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>Chaque bande individuelle est en forme de m\u00e9andre pour lui donner une r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<br \/>La segmentation en tandems compense ce que l&rsquo;on appelle l&rsquo;effet de fin, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la chute de temp\u00e9rature aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant lin\u00e9aire ou en forme de bande.<\/p><p>Contrairement aux ponts dont certaines r\u00e9sistances sont \u00e9loign\u00e9es de la zone de mesure, le capteur THB est compl\u00e8tement entour\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<br \/>Ainsi, aucune erreur n&rsquo;est introduite par le c\u00e2blage du pont ou par un bruit
