thermo\u00e9lectrique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/zt-figure-de-merite\/\"><strong>thermo\u00e9lectrique ZT<\/strong><\/a> peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats des mesures individuelles de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/resistivite-et-conductivite-electriques\/\"><strong>la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/coefficient-seebeck\/\"><strong>le coefficient Seebeck<\/strong><\/a> et de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/\"><strong>conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/strong><\/a> ou mesur\u00e9e directement. <strong>Une m\u00e9thode courante de d\u00e9termination directe est la m\u00e9thode Harman.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pour la mesure, un \u00e9chantillon thermo\u00e9lectrique sous la forme d&rsquo;un cylindre ou d&rsquo;une tige est contact\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement sur les deux faces d&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et avec deux contacts sur l&rsquo;une des faces lat\u00e9rales (voir l&rsquo;image clearfix\">\n<p>Pour la pr\u00e9cision des mesures, il est essentiel de cr\u00e9er des conditions adiabatiques aussi bonnes que possible, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de minimiser l&rsquo;\u00e9change de chaleur entre l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi la mesure se fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous vide et l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est soit stock\u00e9 sur pied, soit fix\u00e9 sur une plaque de base thermostat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, un bouclier thermique est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9change de chaleur par rayonnement entre l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\">\n<p>La mesure commence par l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un courant <sub>I0<\/sub> entre les contacts des faces frontales, ce qui a pour effet de chauffer une transition entre l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode et de refroidir l&rsquo;autre en raison de l&rsquo;effet Peltier.\nLes conditions limites adiabatiques entra\u00eenent ensuite un gradient de temp\u00e9rature le long de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, dont l&rsquo;ampleur d\u00e9pend du courant inject\u00e9 et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermo\u00e9lectriques de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.\nLes sondes de tension sur la surface lat\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon sont utilis\u00e9es pour mesurer \u00e0 la fois la composante ohmique de la chute de tension<sub>UR<\/sub>, due au courant impos\u00e9, et la tension thermique <sub>Uth<\/sub> r\u00e9sultant du gradient de temp\u00e9rature (voir figure 1b).  <\/p>\n<p>La composante ohmique est mesur\u00e9e directement apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;application du courant, tandis que la tension thermique est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat final stationnaire.\nZT peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 directement \u00e0 partir du rapport des deux tensions. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div r\u00e9sistance de contact entre l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et les \u00e9lectrodes de courant.\nCela limite la temp\u00e9rature maximale de fonctionnement de l&rsquo;installation de mesure bas\u00e9e sur la technique Harman \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature maximale de fonctionnement de 200\u00b0C \u00e0 300\u00b0C. \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour mesurer directement le facteur de m\u00e9rite thermo\u00e9lectrique ZT.<br \/>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette mesure directe, l&rsquo;erreur pour ZT peut \u00eatre maintenue \u00e0 un niveau faible dans de bonnes conditions exp\u00e9rimentales, par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode conventionnelle de calcul de ZT \u00e0 partir de mesures uniques effectu\u00e9es par un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/products\/propriete-electrique\/lsr-3\/\"><strong>LSR-3<\/strong><\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/lfa-laser-flash-analyzer\/\"><strong>LFA<\/strong> <\/a>car dans ce cas, les barres d&rsquo;erreur de la mesure unique
