\u00e9chantillon, car elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement simples \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre et l&rsquo;influence des fils et des r\u00e9sistances de contact sur le r\u00e9sultat de la mesure peut \u00eatre supprim\u00e9e.<br \/>Lorsqu&rsquo;elle est \u00e9tendue par un champ magn\u00e9tique, la constante de Hall et, \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, la concentration de porteurs de charge et la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/hall-constant\/\"><strong>mobilit\u00e9 de hall<\/strong><\/a> peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Pour une mesure correcte, l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon doit former une zone ferm\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur constante sans trous, \u00eatre isol\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement et \u00eatre en contact avec quatre \u00e9lectrodes s\u00e9par\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;espace.<br \/>Deux cas particuliers de mesure \u00e0 quatre fils, la structure \u00e0 barres de Hall et la mesure de Van-der-Pauw, sont couramment utilis\u00e9s avec constituer un d\u00e9fi dans certaines circonstances.<\/p>\n<p>Les exemples incluent la cr\u00e9ation de contacts \u00e9lectriques avec une faible r\u00e9sistance de contact sur des \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 conductivit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e et la mesure transversale de la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique sur des<strong> couches minces<\/strong>.\nLe premier probl\u00e8me peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement
