L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de mesure de la capacit\u00e9 calorifique sp\u00e9cifique est le nombre de kilojoules par kilogramme multipli\u00e9 par le Kelvin [kJ\/(kg * K)]<\/strong>.<br \/>En principe, on
