l&rsquo;enthalpie ?<\/h3><p>L&rsquo;enthalpie de r\u00e9action est le changement d&rsquo;enthalpie d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon au cours d&rsquo;une r\u00e9action chimique.<br \/>Les r\u00e9actions qui lib\u00e8rent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sous forme de chaleur sont dites exothermiques.<br \/>Les r\u00e9actions dans lesquelles de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie doit \u00eatre fournie sont dites endothermiques.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;enthalpie de fusion est un exemple simple de processus endothermique, puisqu&rsquo;il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement faire travailler la chaleur dans un syst\u00e8me pour briser sa structure cristalline solide et la convertir en une phase liquide avec des mol\u00e9cules qui se d\u00e9placent librement les unes par rapport aux autres.<br \/>Un exemple de r\u00e9action exothermique est un simple processus de combustion dans lequel une substance r\u00e9agit avec de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne pour lib\u00e9rer de
