Selon l&rsquo;application, la configuration peut \u00eatre \u00e9tendue avec un amplificateur de verrouillage et \/ ou un \u00e9lectroaimant puissant. Toutes les mesures sont effectu\u00e9es dans la m\u00eame direction (dans le plan) et sont donc coh\u00e9rentes et parfaitement comparables pour l&rsquo;analyse ult\u00e9rieure (par ex. d\u00e9termination du coefficient de qualit\u00e9 thermo\u00e9lectrique ZT ou \u00e9tude des processus de cicatrisation).\n\n<strong>1. mesure de Van der Pauw<\/strong>\nPour d\u00e9terminer la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique (\u03c3) et la constante de Hall (A<sub>H<\/sub>) de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, on utilise la m\u00e9thode de Van der Pauw. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon sur la puce, celui-ci est d\u00e9j\u00e0 connect\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement \u00e0 quatre \u00e9lectrodes sur son bord. Pour la mesure, un courant est alors appliqu\u00e9 entre deux des contacts et la tension r\u00e9sultante est mesur\u00e9e entre les deux contacts restants. En inversant cycliquement les contacts dans le sens des aiguilles d&rsquo;une montre et en r\u00e9p\u00e9tant la proc\u00e9dure, la r\u00e9sistance de la couche de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;\u00e9quation de Van der Pauw. En appliquant un champ magn\u00e9tique perpendiculaire \u00e0 la surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et en mesurant la variation de la r\u00e9sistance diagonale de Van der Pauw, il est possible de calculer la constante de Hall de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et, \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, la densit\u00e9 de porteurs de charge et la mobilit\u00e9 de Hall.\n\n<strong>2. mesure du coefficient Seebeck<\/strong>\nPour d\u00e9terminer le coefficient Seebeck, un thermom\u00e8tre suppl\u00e9mentaire ainsi qu&rsquo;un r\u00e9chauffeur de ligne sont plac\u00e9s sur la puce, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. M\u00e9thode de mesure par filament chauffant<\/strong><br>Pour d\u00e9terminer la conductivit\u00e9 thermique dans le plan, on utilise une structure unique de membrane \u00e0 bande chaude. Dans cette structure, une bande m\u00e9tallique microstructur\u00e9e est utilis\u00e9e comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant et capteur de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 la fois. L&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 directement sur la membrane en porte-\u00e0-faux pour la mesure. Pour la mesure, un courant est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la bande m\u00e9tallique qui s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffe par effet Joule. En raison de l&rsquo;augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature, la r\u00e9sistance du fil change et peut donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour mesurer la temp\u00e9rature. Cette modification de la r\u00e9sistance et la connaissance de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la membrane permettent de calculer la conductivit\u00e9 thermique de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et la chaleur sp\u00e9cifique peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre mesur\u00e9es.
