?<\/h3><p>Le <strong>Linseis LZT-M\u00e8tre (LZT L33)<\/strong> est le premier instrument au monde disponible dans le commerce qui permet de d\u00e9terminer l&rsquo;indice de qualit\u00e9 thermo\u00e9lectrique ZT au moyen d&rsquo;une mesure combin\u00e9e laser-flash (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/lsr-thermoelectrics\/lsr-l31\/\"><b>LSR<\/b><\/a>+ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/lfa-l52\/\"><b>LFA<\/b><\/a>) dans un seul appareil.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;appareil de mesure permet donc d&rsquo;effectuer une d\u00e9termination autonome de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/\">conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/a> au moyen de la m\u00e9thode flash, ainsi qu&rsquo;une mesure de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique et du coefficient Seebeck, connue dans le LSR.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;avantage est donc \u00e9vident : la structure int\u00e9gr\u00e9e permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser de l&rsquo;espace de laboratoire co\u00fbteux ainsi que des frais inutiles pour des fours doubles, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de mesure et d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipements. Le LZT-m\u00e8tre est donc la solution id\u00e9ale pour les applications de recherche et de d\u00e9veloppement o\u00f9 le d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons est moins important que la qualit\u00e9 de mesure et la rentabilit\u00e9. En divisant l&rsquo;une par l&rsquo;autre, on obtient ZT.\n\nLe mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence NIST (SRM 3451)\u2122 Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub> tellurure de bismuth a \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9 par la m\u00e9thode Harman en combinaison avec notre plateforme LSR LINSEIS. La mesure montre clairement la distribution typique des contraintes en un seul point de mesure de la temp\u00e9rature. Dans ce cas, la \u00ab\u00a0valeur de qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ZT \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante peut \u00eatre facilement calcul\u00e9e en mettant en relation la chute de tension ohmique et la chute de tension thermo\u00e9lectrique. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est utilis\u00e9 dans les fours \u00e0 ultra-haute temp\u00e9rature comme mat\u00e9riau de four ou m\u00eame comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment de chauffage.<\/p><p>Dans cet exemple, un \u00e9chantillon de graphite a \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9 sous vide \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/lfa-l52\/\">LFA L52 (Laserflash Analyzer)<\/a>. La conductivit\u00e9 thermique a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e directement \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux de temp\u00e9rature, entre la temp\u00e9rature ambiante et 1100 \u00b0C. La capacit\u00e9 thermique sp\u00e9cifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en utilisant un standard de graphite connu dans une deuxi\u00e8me position de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la m\u00eame mesure. Le produit de la diffusivit\u00e9, de la chaleur sp\u00e9cifique et de la densit\u00e9 donne la conductivit\u00e9 thermique correspondante. Le r\u00e9sultat montre une conductivit\u00e9 thermique typiquement lin\u00e9airement d\u00e9croissante et une conductivit\u00e9 thermique qui pr\u00e9sente un plateau au-dessus de 500\u00b0C.
