<strong>Linseis LSR-Platform<\/strong> permet de caract\u00e9riser presque enti\u00e8rement les mat\u00e9riaux thermo\u00e9lectriques, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de mat\u00e9riaux pleins ou de couches minces. Dans la version de base LSR-3 (LSR L31), le <strong>coefficient Seebeck<\/strong> ainsi que la <strong>conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> (la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique) des mat\u00e9riaux pleins peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement automatique et simultan\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature maximale de 1500\u00b0C. Les mesures peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un ordinateur ou d&rsquo;une imprimante.<\/p><h3>Quelles options sont disponibles pour \u00e9tendre les capacit\u00e9s de la LSR-Platform ?<\/h3><p>La version Gund peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9e avec diff\u00e9rentes options afin d&rsquo;\u00e9largir le champ d&rsquo;application. Ainsi, l&rsquo;<strong>option basse temp\u00e9rature<\/strong> permet une mesure enti\u00e8rement automatique au moyen d&rsquo;un refroidissement LN<sub>2<\/sub> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 -100\u00b0C et l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un adaptateur sp\u00e9cial pour couches minces permet de mesurer des <strong>films<\/strong> et <strong>des couches minces<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>Est-il possible de mesurer la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique avec la Linseis LSR ?<\/h3><p>Une <strong>cam\u00e9ra optionnelle<\/strong> permet de d\u00e9terminer la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique avec la plus grande pr\u00e9cision et l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;<strong>option haute imp\u00e9dance <\/strong>permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre consid\u00e9rablement la plage de mesure afin de pouvoir caract\u00e9riser les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><h3>Pourquoi est-il n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser un autre appareil pour mesurer la conductivit\u00e9 thermique ?<\/h3><p>Parce que la LSR de base ne mesure pas la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/a>, n\u00e9cessaire pour calculer le facteur ZT en plus du coefficient Seebeck et de la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. Pour cette raison, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser un autre instrument de mesure, tel qu&rsquo;une sonde de temp\u00e9rature, pour d\u00e9terminer la conductivit\u00e9 thermique :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/lfa-l52\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\"><b>Conductivit\u00e9 thermique LaserFlash<\/b>.<\/a><\/p><\/div><\/div><div><div><p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, il est possible d&rsquo;<strong>int\u00e9grer<\/strong> un <strong>LaserFlash<\/strong> suppl\u00e9mentaire dans la plate-forme LSR de Linseis (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/conductivite-thermique\/lzt-l33\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\"><b>LZT-Meter<\/b><\/a>) ou utiliser un adaptateur sp\u00e9cial qui permet de mesurer les mat\u00e9riaux pleins par la <strong>m\u00e9thode Harman<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une d\u00e9termination directe de la ZT, ce qui, en combinaison avec les deux mesures initiales, permet de tirer des conclusions sur la <strong>conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/strong>. Une plate-forme LSR avec m\u00e9thode Harman int\u00e9gr\u00e9e est appel\u00e9e <strong>LSR-3\u00a0<\/strong>mise \u00e0 niveau en raison de sa valeur ajout\u00e9e significative. Le bloc d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrodes inf\u00e9rieur et, en option, le bloc d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrodes sup\u00e9rieur (pour inverser le gradient de temp\u00e9rature) contiennent un enroulement chauffant (\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant secondaire). L&rsquo;ensemble du dispositif de mesure est plac\u00e9 dans un four qui chauffe l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9termin\u00e9e pour la mesure. Lorsque cette temp\u00e9rature est atteinte, le chauffage secondaire de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode inf\u00e9rieure cr\u00e9e un gradient de temp\u00e9rature pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini le long de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Deux thermocouples T1 et T2 en contact lat\u00e9ral mesurent alors la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature (\u0394T = T2 &#8211; T1) entre le contact chaud et le contact froid sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. En outre, l&rsquo;un des deux fils de thermocouple est utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer la force \u00e9lectromotrice dE (ou tension thermo\u00e9lectrique <sub>Vth<\/sub>) qui se produit.     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-6 spb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\">\n<p>Un m\u00e9canisme \u00e0 ressort unique permet d&rsquo;obtenir le meilleur contact \u00e9lectrique possible entre les thermocouples et l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, et donc des mesures extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cises. En raison de l&rsquo;effet Peltier, l&rsquo;une des deux jonctions est localement chauff\u00e9e ou refroidie. En cons\u00e9quence, un profil de temp\u00e9rature caract\u00e9ristique s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon en raison des conditions limites adiabatiques. En calculant le rapport entre la mesure de la chute de tension initiale (partie ohmique sans gradient de temp\u00e9rature) et la mesure de la chute de tension en r\u00e9gime permanent (y compris la tension thermo\u00e9lectrique), il est possible de calculer le coefficient de qualit\u00e9 sans dimension <em>ZT<\/em> (et donc la conductivit\u00e9 thermique lambda).   <\/p>\n<p>Les avantages fondamentaux de la m\u00e9thode de Harman par rapport au calcul de la <em>ZT<\/em> \u00e0 partir de mesures individuelles sont qu&rsquo;un seul appareil de mesure est n\u00e9cessaire, qu&rsquo;un seul \u00e9chantillon doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et que l&rsquo;erreur de mesure qui en r\u00e9sulte pour la <em>ZT<\/em> est nettement plus faible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mesure directe.
