Ainsi, la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e <strong>jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature la plus basse, soit -160\u00b0C<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>La mesure du <strong>coefficient Seebeck<\/strong> est possible jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature moyenne de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon <strong>de +180\u00b0C<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9cision accrue de la mesure de la temp\u00e9rature : les fils TC individuels touchent la surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon orthogonalement \u00e0 la direction du gradient de temp\u00e9rature. Les deux points de contact ont la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature. Cette m\u00e9thode permet de mesurer la temp\u00e9rature de surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et non la temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;une perle TC press\u00e9e sur la surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.   De cette mani\u00e8re, il n&rsquo;est pas non plus important que la temp\u00e9rature de la surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon soit affect\u00e9e par les fils TC qui transf\u00e8rent la chaleur de\/vers l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration de la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure de la tension thermique : la tension Seebeck est mesur\u00e9e entre les deux fils n\u00e9gatifs TC, ce qui permet la correspondance spatiale la plus pr\u00e9cise entre les mesures de temp\u00e9rature et de tension thermique. Ainsi, la tension Seebeck appara\u00eet exactement aux endroits o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est mesur\u00e9e. <\/li>\n<li>La <strong>tension Seebeck est enregistr\u00e9e en m\u00eame temps que le gradient de temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>, tandis que la puissance du r\u00e9chauffeur de gradient est augment\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire. La dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;un seul cycle de mesure est d&rsquo;environ 30 \u00e0 90 secondes, y compris le taux d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage \u00e0 grande vitesse. Les valeurs sont \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9es une fois par seconde.  <\/li>\n<li>La pente de la tension thermique sur Delta T est ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gression polynomiale lin\u00e9aire. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation dynamique, les d\u00e9calages survenant lors de la mesure du gradient de temp\u00e9rature peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9s et la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Cela permet d&rsquo;analyser des \u00e9chantillons de n&rsquo;importe quelle forme, de supprimer les influences perturbatrices telles que les r\u00e9sistances de contact ou de fil et d&rsquo;augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la pr\u00e9cision des mesures. <\/p>\n<p>Pour la mesure de Van der Pauw, l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon doit \u00eatre connect\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre \u00e9lectrodes directement sur le bord. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du routage consiste \u00e0 faire circuler un courant sur deux contacts situ\u00e9s sur un bord de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et \u00e0 mesurer la tension sur les deux autres contacts situ\u00e9s sur le bord oppos\u00e9. Ces deux valeurs permettent de d\u00e9terminer une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la loi d&rsquo;Ohm. Dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, les contacts sont commut\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re cyclique et la mesure est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e. La r\u00e9sistance de la couche de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon peut alors \u00eatre facilement calcul\u00e9e en ins\u00e9rant les deux r\u00e9sistances mesur\u00e9es (horizontale et verticale) dans la formule de Van der Pauw et en la r\u00e9solvant.    <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14711 size-full\"
