pour la caract\u00e9risation des mat\u00e9riaux semi-conducteurs. Ils peuvent d\u00e9terminer la constante de Hall et la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9, ainsi que la concentration de porteurs de charge et les mobilit\u00e9s de Hall des \u00e9chantillons qui en d\u00e9coulent. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de base de bureau est disponible en diff\u00e9rentes configurations, qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9es, entre autres, de diff\u00e9rents supports d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons pour diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9om\u00e9tries d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons et exigences de temp\u00e9rature.  <\/p><p>Une extension basse temp\u00e9rature en option pour l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;azote liquide ainsi qu&rsquo;une version haute temp\u00e9rature jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 800\u00b0C garantissent que tous les domaines d&rsquo;application imaginables peuvent \u00eatre couverts. Les aimants permanents et \u00e9lectriques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s fournissent des champs magn\u00e9tiques fixes ou variables allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tesla. Le logiciel associ\u00e9, complet et bas\u00e9 sur Windows\u00a9, permet d&rsquo;enregistrer facilement les courbes I-V et I-R ainsi que de mesurer et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la mobilit\u00e9 de Hall, la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et la concentration de porteurs de charge.  <\/p><p>Les syst\u00e8mes Linseis HCS L36 peuvent mesurer les mat\u00e9riaux les plus divers, notamment Si, SiGe, SiC, GaAs, InGaAs, InP, GaN (type N &amp; type P), mais aussi les couches m\u00e9talliques, les oxydes m\u00e9talliques et bien d&rsquo;autres encore.
