Ces trois propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont mesur\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, chaque mesure pr\u00e9sentant une certaine erreur.  <\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode Harman permet de mesurer directement <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/zt-figure-de-merite\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">mesure de la ZT<\/a> <\/strong>en une seule mesure : la tension mesur\u00e9e lorsqu&rsquo;un courant est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 un mat\u00e9riau thermo\u00e9lectrique se compose de deux parties : la chute ohmique et la tension thermo\u00e9lectrique. La mesure r\u00e9v\u00e8le clairement la distribution typique de la tension \u00e0 un point de mesure de temp\u00e9rature donn\u00e9. Dans ce cas, la valeur ZT \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante peut \u00eatre facilement calcul\u00e9e en reliant la chute de tension ohmique \u00e0 la chute de tension thermo\u00e9lectrique. Une valeur ZT de 0,50 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
