influenc\u00e9es par la composition, la densit\u00e9, la porosit\u00e9 et la teneur en graisse et en eau de la poudre.<\/p><p>Un bon produit n\u00e9cessite une <a Ultimate).<\/strong><\/a> mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et \u00e0 60 \u00b0C.<\/p><p>Pour ce faire, le lait en poudre a \u00e9t\u00e9 dissous dans de l&rsquo;eau distill\u00e9e et le capteur (capteur \u00e0 cadre m\u00e9tallique) a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu dans le liquide.<\/p><p>Pour la mesure \u00e0 60 \u00b0C, l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon a \u00e9t\u00e9 chauff\u00e9 dans un four.<br \/>La conductivit\u00e9 thermique de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon diminue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans la plage de temp\u00e9rature mesur\u00e9e &#8211; de 0,61 W\/mK \u00e0 0,59 W\/mK.<br \/>La poudre de lait a donc une faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique, puisque la conductivit\u00e9 thermique de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante est de 0,60
