Le segment a \u00e9t\u00e9 chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 20 K\/min.<br \/>Un segment isotherme a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00b0C et, plus tard, le flux de gaz est pass\u00e9 de l&rsquo;argon \u00e0 l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit de 10 l\/h. Le segment isotherme a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour la production d&rsquo;un film de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne.<\/p><p>D\u00e8s que la rampe de chauffage passe dans le segment isotherme, il y a une \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9ponse en \u00e9chelon\u00a0\u00bb dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/waermestrom\/\"><strong>signal de flux thermique<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>Une fois que le signal s&rsquo;est \u00e0 nouveau stabilis\u00e9, l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne.<br \/>Sept minutes plus tard, le flux de chaleur montre un changement significatif qui symbolise le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;oxydation.<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9lai entre le passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne et le d\u00e9but du signal de r\u00e9ponse est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le temps d&rsquo;induction de l&rsquo;oxydation du mat\u00e9riau donn\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00b0C.<\/p><p>Cette information peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour comparer les mat\u00e9riaux et pr\u00e9dire leur comportement au vieillissement.<\/p><p>Plusieurs normes nationales ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/service-et-assistance\/normes-pour-lanalyse-thermique-iso-astm-et-din\/\"><strong>normes internationales<\/strong><\/a> telles que ASTM D3895, DIN EN 728 ou ISO
