Les huiles de silicone sont d\u2019excellents isolants \u00e9lectriques et pr\u00e9sentent un bon transfert thermique ainsi qu\u2019une bonne stabilit\u00e9 thermique. De plus, contrairement \u00e0 leurs analogues \u00e0 base de carbone, elles sont ininflammables.
