caract\u00e9riser la performance d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau thermo\u00e9lectrique, on utilise ce que l&rsquo;on appelle le<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/zt-figure-de-merite\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\"> <strong>Indice de qualit\u00e9 (ZT)<\/strong><\/a> est utilis\u00e9.<br \/>Pour calculer l&rsquo;indice de qualit\u00e9, il faut tenir compte de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/conductivite-thermique\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"\">la conductivit\u00e9 thermique<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/resistivite-et-conductivite-electriques\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"\">la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique<\/a><\/strong> et le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/proprietes\/coefficient-seebeck\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"\">Coefficient Seebeck<\/a><\/strong> doivent \u00eatre connus.<\/p><p>Par rapport aux mat\u00e9riaux en vrac de m\u00eame composition, les couches minces pr\u00e9sentent des conductivit\u00e9s thermiques plus faibles, tandis que la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et le coefficient Seebeck sont beaucoup moins affect\u00e9s, ce qui se traduit par des valeurs ZT plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Les antimoniures de bismuth de diff\u00e9rentes compositions chimiques sont des \u00e9paisseur de 142 nm, fabriqu\u00e9e par d\u00e9p\u00f4t thermique en phase vapeur.\nLa ZT a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de ces param\u00e8tres.\nLa ZT montre un maximum de 0,16
