termoel\u00e9ctricos, como los utilizados en sensores o elementos Peltie, en forma de <strong>materiales s\u00f3lidos y l\u00e1minas delgadas<\/strong>.<br \/>En la versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica -Nuevo LSR-1- se pueden medir tanto el coeficiente Seebeck como la resistividad el\u00e9ctrica <strong>de<\/strong> forma totalmente autom\u00e1tica y simult\u00e1nea <strong>desde -160\u00b0C hasta 200\u00b0C<\/strong>.<br \/>La versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica se puede complementar con un detector de gas.<br \/>La versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica puede ampliarse con un sistema de dosificaci\u00f3n de gas, semiconductoras seg\u00fan el conocido m\u00e9todo de Van der Pauw (resistividad), as\u00ed como el coeficiente Seebeck mediante barrido de gradiente y regresi\u00f3n lineal.<\/p>\n<p>Las pel\u00edculas finas, que pueden medirse con el nuevo LSR-1, se encuentran en la tecnolog\u00eda de semiconductores, la producci\u00f3n de pantallas de cristal l\u00edquido (LCD) y muchas otras aplicaciones de la nanotecnolog\u00eda, como los m\u00f3dulos solares, la producci\u00f3n de sensores o la tecnolog\u00eda
