primer instrumento del mundo disponible comercialmente para determinar la figura de m\u00e9rito termoel\u00e9ctrica ZT utilizando una medici\u00f3n combinada de l\u00e1ser-flash (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/es\/productos\/lsr-thermoelectrics\/lsr-l31\/\"><b>LSR<\/b><\/a>+ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/es\/productos\/conductividad-termica\/lfa-l52\/\"><b>LFA<\/b><\/a>) en un \u00fanico dispositivo.<\/p><p>Por tanto, el dispositivo de medici\u00f3n puede utilizarse para determinar la conductividad t\u00e9rmica de forma independiente mediante el m\u00e9todo flash, as\u00ed como para medir la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica y el coeficiente Seebeck conocidos por la LSR.<\/p><p>Por tanto, la ventaja es obvia: el dise\u00f1o integrado ahorra tanto el costoso espacio del laboratorio como los gastos innecesarios de hornos duplicados, electr\u00f3nica de medici\u00f3n y otros equipos. Esto convierte al LZT-Meter (LZT L33) en la soluci\u00f3n ideal para aplicaciones de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo en las que el rendimiento de la muestra es menos importante que la calidad de la medici\u00f3n y la rentabilidad. Esto se debe a que una \u00fanica geometr\u00eda en forma de disco es totalmente suficiente para la caracterizaci\u00f3n ZT completa de una muestra.<\/p><p>El aparato tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 disponible Estas tres propiedades se miden por separado, y cada medici\u00f3n tiene un cierto error.\n\nEl m\u00e9todo Harman permite medir directamente el ZT en una sola medici\u00f3n: La tensi\u00f3n medida, que se crea al aplicar una corriente a un material termoel\u00e9ctrico, se compone de dos contribuciones: la ca\u00edda de tensi\u00f3n \u00f3hmica y la tensi\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica. Tiene una resistencia qu\u00edmica considerablemente alta y se utiliza de muchas maneras, por ejemplo, como material cat\u00f3dico, material de construcci\u00f3n, componente de sensores y mucho m\u00e1s. Cuando se calienta, reacciona con el ox\u00edgeno para formar mon\u00f3xido de carbono o di\u00f3xido de carbono, pero puede alcanzar temperaturas muy altas cuando se calienta en un entorno inerte y sin ox\u00edgeno. Por esta raz\u00f3n, se utiliza en hornos de temperatura ultra alta como material de horno o incluso como elemento calefactor.<\/p><p>En este ejemplo, se analiz\u00f3 una muestra de grafito en vac\u00edo utilizando un LFA L52 (Laserflash Analyzer). La difusividad t\u00e9rmica se midi\u00f3 directamente a varios niveles de temperatura entre la temperatura ambiente y 1100 \u00b0C. La capacidad calor\u00edfica espec\u00edfica se determin\u00f3 utilizando un patr\u00f3n de grafito conocido en una segunda posici\u00f3n de la muestra como referencia en la misma medici\u00f3n. El producto de la difusividad, el calor espec\u00edfico y la densidad da la conductividad t\u00e9rmica correspondiente. El resultado muestra una conductividad t\u00e9rmica t\u00edpicamente lineal decreciente y una difusividad t\u00e9rmica que muestra una meseta por encima de 500 \u00b0C.
