caracterizar casi por completo los materiales termoel\u00e9ctricos, tanto en forma de material macizo como en forma de capas finas. En la versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica LSR-3 (LSR L31), tanto el <b>coeficiente Seebeck<\/b> como la <b>conductividad el\u00e9ctrica<\/b> (la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica) de los materiales s\u00f3lidos pueden medirse de forma totalmente autom\u00e1tica y simult\u00e1nea hasta una temperatura m\u00e1xima de 1500 \u00b0C.<\/p><p>La versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica se puede combinar con una amplia gama de opciones para ampliar el espectro de aplicaciones. Por ejemplo, la <b>opci\u00f3n de baja temperatura<\/b> permite la medici\u00f3n totalmente autom\u00e1tica mediante refrigeraci\u00f3n con LN<sub>2<\/sub> hasta -100 \u00b0C, y el uso de un adaptador especial para capas finas permite medir <b>l\u00e1minas<\/b> y <b>capas finas<\/b>.<\/p><p>Una <b>c\u00e1mara opcional<\/b> permite determinar la conductividad el\u00e9ctrica con la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n y el uso de la <b>opci\u00f3n de alta impedancia <\/b>ampl\u00eda considerablemente el rango de medici\u00f3n para poder caracterizar tambi\u00e9n muestras con baja conductividad el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p><p>Dado que para el c\u00e1lculo del <b>\u00edndice de calidad adimensional <i>ZT<\/i><\/b> se necesita, adem\u00e1s del coeficiente Seebeck y la conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, la conductividad t\u00e9rmica, normalmente es necesario recurrir a otro instrumento de medici\u00f3n, como por ejemplo un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/lfa-1000\/\"><b><u>LaserFlash<\/u><\/b><\/a>, para determinarla.<\/p><p>Para resolver este problema, se puede integrar un <b>LaserFlash<\/b> adicional en la plataforma LSR-3 (LSR L31) de Linseis (v\u00e9ase <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/lzt-meter\/\"><b><u>LZT-Meter<\/u><\/b><\/a>) o utilizar un adaptador especial que permite medir materiales s\u00f3lidos mediante el <b>m\u00e9todo Harman<\/b>. Se trata de una determinaci\u00f3n directa de ZT que, en combinaci\u00f3n con las dos mediciones originales, permite sacar conclusiones sobre la <b>conductividad t\u00e9rmica<\/b>. Una plataforma LSR con el m\u00e9todo Harman integrado se denomina <b>LSR-3 Upgrade<\/b> debido a su significativo valor a\u00f1adido. trav\u00e9s de dos contactos de aguja.<br \/>\nDebido al efecto Peltier, una de las dos uniones se calienta o enfr\u00eda localmente.<br \/>\nComo resultado, se crea un perfil de temperatura caracter\u00edstico sobre la muestra debido a las condiciones de contorno adiab\u00e1ticas.<br \/>\nSi se calcula la relaci\u00f3n entre la medici\u00f3n de la ca\u00edda de tensi\u00f3n inicial (parte \u00f3hmica sin gradiente de temperatura) y la medici\u00f3n de la ca\u00edda de tensi\u00f3n estacionaria (incluida la tensi\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica), se puede calcular el factor de calidad adimensional <em>ZT<\/em> (y a partir de \u00e9l tambi\u00e9n la conductividad t\u00e9rmica lambda).   <\/p>\n<p>Las ventajas b\u00e1sicas del m\u00e9todo Harman en comparaci\u00f3n con el c\u00e1lculo <em>del ZT<\/em> a partir de mediciones individuales son que s\u00f3lo se necesita un \u00fanico dispositivo de medici\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo hay que preparar una \u00fanica muestra y el error
