materiales a granel y l\u00e1minas delgadas.<br \/>En la versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica &#8211; LSR-1 (LSR L32) &#8211; se pueden medir tanto el<strong> coeficiente Seebeck<\/strong> como la <strong>resistencia el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong> de forma totalmente autom\u00e1tica y simult\u00e1nea desde -160\u00b0C hasta 200\u00b0C.<\/p><p>La versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica del LSR-1 (LSR L32) (RT a 200 \u00b0C) puede combinarse con varias opciones para ampliar el campo de aplicaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, la <strong>opci\u00f3n de baja temperatura<\/strong> permite realizar mediciones totalmente autom\u00e1ticas con refrigeraci\u00f3n por LN<sub>2<\/sub> hasta -160\u00b0C y refrigeraci\u00f3n por enfriamiento hasta 80 K (s\u00f3lo resistencia). Esto significa que la resistencia espec\u00edfica puede medirse <strong>hasta una temperatura m\u00ednima de -160 \u00b0C<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>La medici\u00f3n del <strong>coeficiente Seebeck es<\/strong> posible hasta una temperatura media de la muestra <strong>de + 180 \u00b0C<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<li>Mayor precisi\u00f3n en la medici\u00f3n de la temperatura: los hilos individuales de TC entran en contacto con la superficie de la muestra ortogonalmente a la direcci\u00f3n del gradiente de temperatura. Ambos puntos de contacto tienen la misma temperatura. Este m\u00e9todo mide la temperatura de la superficie de la muestra y no la temperatura de una perla de TC presionada sobre la superficie de la muestra.   De este modo, tambi\u00e9n es irrelevante si la temperatura de la superficie de la muestra est\u00e1 influida por los hilos TC que transfieren calor de\/a la muestra.<\/li>\n<li>Mayor precisi\u00f3n en la medici\u00f3n de la tensi\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica: La tensi\u00f3n Seebeck se mide entre los dos hilos TC negativos, lo que permite la correlaci\u00f3n espacial m\u00e1s precisa entre la temperatura y la medici\u00f3n de la tensi\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica.<br \/>\nEsto significa que la tensi\u00f3n Seebeck se produce exactamente en los puntos donde tambi\u00e9n se mide la temperatura. <\/li>\n<li>La <strong>tensi\u00f3n Seebeck se registra junto con el gradiente de temperatura<\/strong> mientras se aumenta linealmente la potencia del calentador de gradiente.<br \/>\nLa duraci\u00f3n de una sola medici\u00f3n es de aproximadamente 30 a 90 segundos, incluyendo la velocidad de muestreo de alta velocidad.<br \/>\nLos valores se muestrean una vez por segundo.  <\/li>\n<li>El gradiente de la tensi\u00f3n termoel\u00e9ctrica sobre delta T se ajusta con una regresi\u00f3n polin\u00f3mica lineal.<br \/>\nGracias a este m\u00e9todo de evaluaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica, las desviaciones que se producen durante la medici\u00f3n del gradiente de temperatura se pueden despreciar y aumenta la precisi\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nDebido a la corta duraci\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n real, las desviaciones tienen muy poca influencia en el resultado. de Van der Pauw se utiliza para determinar la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica espec\u00edfica (o conductividad el\u00e9ctrica) de la muestra.<br \/>\nEsto permite analizar muestras de cualquier forma, se suprimen las influencias par\u00e1sitas, como la resistencia de contacto o de los cables, y se puede aumentar considerablemente la precisi\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>Para la medici\u00f3n de Van der Pauw, la muestra debe conectarse a cuatro electrodos directamente en el borde.<br \/>\nEn el primer paso del recorrido, se hace fluir una corriente en dos contactos de un borde de la muestra y se mide la tensi\u00f3n en los otros dos contactos del borde opuesto.<br \/>\nA partir de estos dos valores se puede determinar una resistencia mediante la ley de Ohm.<br \/>\nEn el segundo paso, se conmutan c\u00edclicamente los contactos y se repite la medici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLa resistencia de la l\u00e1mina de la muestra puede calcularse f\u00e1cilmente sustituyendo las dos
