href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/es\/wiki-es\/tecnicas-de-deformacion-de-metales\/\"><b>Enfriamiento<\/b><\/a> es el enfriamiento r\u00e1pido de un material calentado en un medio de temple (en nuestro caso gas) para conseguir el temple. En metalurgia, el temple es uno de los pasos cruciales en el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de un metal y suele utilizarse para endurecer el producto final, por ejemplo, el acero.<\/p><p>Con nuestros dilat\u00f3metros de temple, podemos simular procesos de producci\u00f3n con perfiles de temperatura complejos para optimizar aceros, aleaciones y otros metales. Con los aceros en particular, muchas transiciones de fase van acompa\u00f1adas de un cambio de densidad o, al menos, de un cambio en el coeficiente de dilataci\u00f3n del material.<\/p><p>Por tanto, la medici\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de la dilataci\u00f3n del DIL L78 permite reconocer las transiciones de fase en la microestructura de la muestra durante el ciclo de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Esto es de gran importancia para la optimizaci\u00f3n de tus procesos de producci\u00f3n.<\/p><h3>TTT &#8211; CCT &#8211; CHT &#8211; Diagrama<\/h3><p>Hay tres tipos principales de diagramas de transformaci\u00f3n que resultan \u00fatiles para seleccionar el acero y la ruta de transformaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimos para conseguir un determinado conjunto de propiedades. Son los diagramas de transformaci\u00f3n tiempo-temperatura (TTT), transformaci\u00f3n enfriamiento continuo (CCT) y transformaci\u00f3n calentamiento continuo (CHT).<\/p><h3>Conformado de metales<\/h3><p>Si se aplica una carga suficiente a un metal u otro material de construcci\u00f3n, se produce un cambio en la forma del material. Este cambio de forma se conoce como deformaci\u00f3n. Se produce por el efecto mec\u00e1nico de fuerzas externas o por diversos procesos f\u00edsicos y fisicoqu\u00edmicos. Los metales deformados o procesados mec\u00e1nicamente son muy superiores a los metales fundidos.<\/p><h3>Ensayos de tracci\u00f3n y curvas tensi\u00f3n-deformaci\u00f3n<\/h3><p>Las curvas tensi\u00f3n-deformaci\u00f3n son una medida gr\u00e1fica muy importante de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de un material. El diagrama nos proporciona muchas propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, como el m\u00f3dulo de elasticidad, la resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico. El diagrama tensi\u00f3n-deformaci\u00f3n expresa una relaci\u00f3n entre una carga aplicada a un material y la deformaci\u00f3n del material causada por la carga. El diagrama tensi\u00f3n-deformaci\u00f3n se determina mediante ensayos de tracci\u00f3n. Los ensayos de tracci\u00f3n se realizan en m\u00e1quinas de ensayos de tracci\u00f3n (DIL L78 Q\/D\/T), que aplican a la probeta una fuerza de tracci\u00f3n controlada y uniformemente
