The\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/properties\/thermal-conductivity\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">thermal conductivity<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>should be investigated in the temperature range between room temperature and 600 \u00b0C.<\/p><p>For that, the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/properties\/thermal-diffusivity\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">thermal diffusivity<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>was determined by LFA 100 and the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/properties\/specific-heat-capacity\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">specific heat capacity<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/instruments\/differential-scanning-calorimeter-dsc\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">DSC<\/a><\/strong>. With the given density, the thermal conductivity can be calculated.<\/p><p>The plot above shows the measured thermal diffusivity and determined thermal conductivity in dependence on temperature. The clear decrease in thermal conductivity between 450 \u00b0C and 500 \u00b0C and 540 \u00b0C and 560 \u00b0C, respectively, can be related to the above-mentioned glass transition and softening
