The example shows the DSC measurement of 2.8 mg of airbag initiator (propellant). At the ignition temperature of 280 \u00b0C, a very high, sharp peak occurs with an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/enthalpie\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">enthalpy value<\/a><\/strong> of more than 1 kJ\/g. This result is very useful for calculating the required amount of initiator and for obtaining information about the material\u2019s temperature stability.
