Gravimetric Sorption Analyzer – Magnetic Suspension Balance GSA PT 100:

Linseis offers a wide range of Gravimetric Sorption Analyzers. Our integrated solution offers the ability to independently software control the pressure, temperature and gas dosing. The heart of the Linseis GSA PT 100 line is our unique Magnetic Suspension Balance offering a reactor for highly reactive gases which is decoupled from the weighing compartment. A large range of reactors from -196°C to 1800°C and ultra high vacuum to 350 bar are available. Optionally the reaction chamber can be connected to a gas and/or a vapor dosing system. A special water vapor generator 0-100% Humidity is also available. The system can be optionally equipped with a coupling device for EGA (Evolved Gas Analysis).

Dimensions like sorption, diffusion, surface tension and density can be measured easily. Furthermore chemical reaction e.g. corrosion, decomposition and combustion will be recorded and production processes can be simulated (coating, polymerisation, dehydration, etc.).

The complete software consists of 3 modules: temperature control, data acquisition and data evaluation. The 32 bit software incorporates all essential features for measurement preparation, execution, and evaluation of a STA measurement. Thanks to our specialists and application experts, LINSEIS was able to develop comprehensive easy to understand user friendly application software.
