Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Linseis Inc. | location in Robbinsville, NJ (USA) | Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Knowledge of Quick Books
  • Other areas include invoicing, preparing sales reports, performing bank reconciliations
  • Administrative assistance duties
  • Accounts receivable
  • Supplier purchase orders

Education & Experience:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
  • Prior bookkeeping experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (understands how to use filtering, basic formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • compensation based on experience
