Administrative Sales Assistant

Linseis Inc. | location in Robbinsville, NJ (USA) | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical quotes based on application with assistance from engineering staff
  • Purchasing reconciliation
  • Provide customer service support
  • Register on portals, portal management, government portal renewals
  • Provide consistent follow up with customers to insure continued business development
  • Digital marketing

Education & Experience:

  • Sales/Administrative experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience would be preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Significant experience in all modes of computer skills (internet, MS word, excel, Power point, outlook)
