Administrative Sales Assistant
We are looking for a new team member for our location in Robbinsville, NJ (USA)
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical quotes based on application with assistance from engineering staff
- Purchasing reconciliation
- Provide customer service support
- Register on portals, portal management, government portal renewals
- Provide consistent follow up with customers to insure continued business development
- Digital marketing
Education & Experience:
- Sales/Administrative experience
- Customer service experience
- Technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience would be preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Significant experience in all modes of computer skills (internet, MS word, excel, Power point, outlook. A plus would include Act for sales)
