The SR10 is a panel-mounted digital recorder that features better display visibility, smaller size and weight, and higher cost performance, in order to meet stricter industrial requirements.
The recorder embodies Yokogawa's know-how built up over the years, and is supremely reliable for continuous monitoring in industrial applications.
| Input Section | |
|
Measurement Points: |
1,2, or 3 pens, or 6 dot |
| Measurement Interval: |
Pen models: 250 ms/channel; Dot model: 10 s/6 dots (max) |
| Input Type: |
DCV (DC Voltage), TC (thermocouple), or RTD (resistance temperature detector (for dot model only) |
| Display Section | |
|
Display Method: |
LED array display (2small and 5 large digits, each comprising 7 segments of LEDs) |
| Digital Display: |
AUTO: indicates the channel number, alarm type and measured value, in the order of channel numbers, and updates the readings every 2 seconds. MAN: indicates the channel number, alarm type and measured value only for the selected channel. OFF: provides no readings. |
| Other On-Screen Display: |
RCD recording-in-progress and ALM alarm common indicators |
| Recording Section | |
|
Recording Method: |
Pen Models: Disposable felt-tip pens Dot Model: 6-color wire-dot recording |
| Effective Chart Width: | 100mm |
| Chart Length: | 16m (Z-fold chart) |
| Step Response: | Pen Models: 2 s, as per IEC 1143 (95% response) |
| Recording Interval: |
Pen Models: Channel-by channel continuous recording Dot Model: 6 dots/30s (max) -Can be set by selecting between AUTO and FIX modes. AUTO: determines the analog recording interval in conjunction with the chart speed. FIX: sets the recorder so it records data at the shortest analog recording interval. |
| Chart Speed: |
Pen Models: 10 to 6,000 mm/h (21 steps) Dot Model: 10 to 1,200 mm/h (18 steps) |
| Recording colors: |
Pen Models: first pen - red; second pen - green; third pen - blue Dot Model: Ch.1 - purple; Ch.2 - red; Ch.3 - green; Ch.4 - blue; Ch.5 - brown; Ch.6 - black |
| Alarm Function | |
|
Number of levels: |
2 levels maximum for each channel (selected from upper and lower limits) |
| Type of Alarm: | Upper and lower limits |
| Indication: | Type of alarm raised, and common "ALM" indication |
| Number of outputs: | 2 or 4 (optional; configurable to a logical OR output or energized or de-energized contact outputs) |
| Power Supply Section | |
|
Rated Supply Voltage: |
100 to 240V AC (automatically selected) |
| Rated Power Supply Frequency: |
50/60 Hz (automatically selected) |
| Other Functions | |
|
Thermocouple Burnout: |
The recorder detects burnouts, channel by channel, if the thermocouple input becomes open-circuited. The selection between upward/downward scale overshoot affects all of the channels. |
| Linear Scaling: | In the DCV range, the recorder allows arbitrary scaling for a given input voltage from -19,999 to +20,000. |
| Offset Function: | Allows arbitrary correction to the DCV,TC and RTD ranges and their scale values, where the range of correction is +/- 10% of the recording span. |
| Compliance with International Standards | |
|
Safety Standards: |
CSA22.2 No. 1010.1 and EN61010-1 |
| EMC Standards: | EMI: EN55011 Group Class A; EMS: EN50082-2 |
| Standards for Dust/Splash proof doors: | DIN 40050-IP54 |
